It’s midnight… I’m really drunk… I’m in bed and want a bacon sandwich… Aside from other things nudge nudge wink wink however I have remembered there is cold pizza from last night in the frfge. However the fridge is downstairs and I am in bed so that just isn’t going to happen
The plaintiff will soon subpoena ISPs to identify the individuals behind the alleged IP addresses used for copyright infringement. Once people have been identified as targets, demand letters will go out. According to a settlement website in one of the earlier, related lawsuits, the plaintiffs are demanding $1500 to release each alleged pirate from liability. The penalties go up further without response. Ultimately, if an accused copyright infringer goes to trial, the plaintiff could seek maximum statutory damages in the amount of $150,000 per infringement, attorneys fees, and costs.
I’m off to see Flight Of The Conchords this evening, and excited does not even begin to describe how I’m feeling. The reviews of this tour have been solid, and I still smirk whilst replaying scenes from the TV show in my head.
This is going to be amazing.
Ahh have fun Rob.. and slip Jemaine my details if you get the chance…
Inspired by THIS I thought about a message I left for myself when I was younger.
I was nineteen years old… I had just moved into my first (and only home - I’m still here) with my husband (yes… I was married at 19)… we re-decorated obviously and before putting the wallpaper up in our spare bedroom I wrote in big white letters on the wall… “Carol and Simon 4 ever”…
Hannah was born 3 years later and 2 years after that we were divorced… Hannah still sleeps in that room with that message hidden behind layers of wallpaper and paint.
