When I was a little girl my Father used to sing this song to me changing the name to Carol-anne… the original version came out only a year or so after I was born and he would sing it to me through-out my life. It’s one of those songs that no matter where I am when I hear it I well up with tears like I am now… thinking of him singing it to me.

Hi Caz, I'm really interested in your progress with the Lipotrim system. You certainly have seemed to have been really embracing the system but I was wondering if there are any parts of it that have been harder to get used to than others and also if it is a meal replacement program, how you are planning to adjust to eating food again rather than what I assume are shakes/soups/bars etc. Also have they been palatable? And have you had any cravings etc if so how manageable has it been. Meanwhile more power to you, best of British etc

I am worried about how I will cope when I re-introduce food. At the moment it’s all very easy because I just drink three shakes a day and 4 litres of water. But when I start eating again all the guessing comes back into it and calorie coiunting etc… which is what I have always failed at before. There is a very strict re-feed menu which helps you re-introduce food in the right way and I’ve also learnt a great deal about food whilst I’ve been on the diet.
